About Megan

I became a dietitian after my own personal struggle with an eating disorder, which gave me a deep understanding of the challenges many face when it comes to food, body image, and nutrition. Through my recovery, I discovered the power of creating a balanced, sustainable approach to eating that isn’t about restriction or quick fixes, but about long-term, positive change. This experience shaped my passion for helping others build healthier relationships with food. I believe nutrition should be about nourishment, not punishment & that starts with creating a healthy relationship with food.

Approach to care

My approach to nutrition care is rooted in empathy, understanding, and collaboration. I believe that every individual is unique, and that true success comes from working together to create a plan that fits your specific needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Rather than offering generic advice, I focus on helping you build a strong foundation through small, achievable steps that lead to lasting change. I’m here to listen, support & empower you in making informed decisions about your health. Together, we’ll develop a realistic strategy that feels sustainable, rather than overwhelming, so that you can thrive & feel confident in your choices.

Your first session with Megan

In our nutrition session, we’ll take a collaborative, client-centered approach that’s all about you & your needs. We’ll start by discussing your current eating habits, lifestyle & any specific health or wellness goals you have. My goal is to truly understand where you’re coming from & what will work best for you. Throughout the session, I’ll provide support, encouragement & practical strategies to help you stay on track & make informed decisions about your nutrition. Whether you’re looking to improve energy, manage weight, or simply feel better overall, we’ll focus on steps you can take today that will lead to sustainable progress.
