About Megan
Hi, Iâm Megan! I help people feel better in their bodies by building a healthier relationship with food, understanding stress responses, and learning how their body actually works. Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or confused by nutrition advice. I bring nearly 20 years of nutrition experience and a holistic whole-person approach that looks at food, lifestyle, and nervous system health. Iâve personally struggled with my weight on both ends of the spectrum and navigated disordered eating, which allows me to meet clients with genuine empathy and zero judgment. My goal is to help you understand your body so caring for yourself feels easier, more empowering, and sustainable. Iâm also a yoga teacher and love adventuring outdoors, soaking up the California sunshine, hiking, being on the water and creating memories with friends.
Approach to care
I donât believe in quick fixes or rigid plans. I believe in education, collaboration, and supporting your nervous system so your body can heal. My approach focuses on building a supportive relationship with food, improving digestion, energy, and metabolism, and helping you understand the why behind each recommendation. I donât just tell you what to eat, I teach you how your body responds to food and stress so you can make confident choices. Yoga has shaped my holistic approach, reminding me that true health includes nourishment, movement, rest, stress management, and connection. Together, weâll look at all areas of your life and build realistic routines that feel supportive and lasting. My counseling style is warm, practical, and judgment-free. Youâre the expert on your life. I bring the nutrition and whole-body knowledge. We build your plan together.
Your first session with Megan
Your first session is focused entirely on you. Weâll talk through your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, stress levels, eating patterns, and goals. Iâll help you start connecting the dots between what youâre experiencing and what may be driving it. You can expect: A compassionate, judgment-free conversation. Clear explanations about whatâs happening in your body. Simple, realistic next steps tailored to your life. Support for digestion, energy, metabolism, and stress regulation. Tools you can start using right away. Youâll leave with a clearer understanding of your body and a plan that feels doable, not overwhelming. Most clients tell me they feel more grounded, more informed, and more hopeful after our sessions. Thatâs always the goal. Weâre building long-term health together, one supportive step at a time.
