About Megan

Hi there! I’m Megan, a Registered Dietitian who grew up on the East Coast and discovered my passion for nutrition through sports at an early age. Now based in San Francisco, I’m surrounded by great food, beautiful views, and wonderful people. I’m dedicated to helping others build a balanced, sustainable relationship with what they eat; I believe food should be enjoyed—not feared—and that nourishing your body can bring joy, confidence, and energy for the things you love. I support clients with healthy eating, weight management, diabetes, cancer care, food intolerances, and post-transplant nutrition. So no matter where you are on your journey, I’m here to support, guide, and cheer you on every step of the way!

Our first session is all about you—your goals, lifestyle, any challenges, and what you hope to improve. I’ll take time to learn about your medical history, eating habits, and daily routines to understand what’s working well and where you’d like support. Together, we’ll create realistic, personalized goals that fit your life and move you toward lasting wellness. You can expect an open, collaborative conversation that helps you take meaningful steps toward your health goals.

Outside of work, I enjoy walking in the park with a coffee and company of friends, watching the sunset at the beach, cooking a new recipe, baking (experimenting with gluten free and dairy free!), practicing learning spanish, traveling, and running!
