About Megan
Hello! My name is Megan Crockett and I have been a Registered Dietitian for 9 years. I have experience working in clinical, foodservice, and community nutrition. I have also had the privilege of serving as a preceptor for Dietetic Interns for several years. I love learning, teaching and listening and cherish my time spent with students. One of my favorite things to do when meeting with a client is to navigate through misleading nutrition information. I look forward to "myth busting" our way through fact and fiction together. I can't wait to meet you!

I am passionate about finding what works for you. I would rather set small, realistic goals over multiple sessions versus something unattainable. In my experience, it can be rewarding for clients to see quick results, but I am here for you for the long run! Let's make lasting changes that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle.

In your first session, I am here to listen. I want to get to know you as a person -- your likes, dislikes, lifestyle, routine, challenges, opportunities, etc. I want you to feel comfortable asking any and all questions. Our meeting time is your time and I am here to listen, support, and guide you to achieving your nutrition goals.

Hobbies
I love spending time with my family, Saturday mornings at the Farmer's Market, running, group fitness classes, quilting and camping. Fun fact: I am also a barre fitness instructor.
