About Megan

With extensive experience in both private practice and clinical settings, I am a dedicated dietitian and results-driven leader passionate about helping individuals reach their nutrition goals. My approach is practical, realistic, and down-to-earth—I believe in moderation and that all foods can have a place in a healthy diet. I incorporate intuitive and mindful eating philosophies into my counseling, guiding clients toward greater awareness of their food choices while fostering a positive, balanced relationship with eating. I value evidence-based nutrition while also recognizing that true nourishment goes beyond the food itself. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Montclair University, and went on to complete both my Master of Science in Nutrition and my Dietetic Internship at Saint Elizabeth University.

Approach to care

As a dietitian, I believe nutrition care should be personalized, realistic, and compassionate. I meet individuals where they are, take time to understand their unique needs, and provide practical tools that support meaningful, sustainable change. My goal is to help people build a balanced, positive relationship with food that enhances both their health and overall quality of life.

Your first session with Megan

During our first session, my focus is on getting to know you, your health history, and your nutrition needs so we can begin developing a personalized plan together. We’ll review your medical background, current conditions, medications, and any relevant treatments to ensure recommendations are safe and appropriate. We’ll also explore your eating patterns and lifestyle, identify barriers, set realistic goals, and discuss practical strategies. You’ll leave with helpful tips, resources, and tools to support confident, informed food choices.
