Patient reviews

  • Megan is incredibly welcoming and helpful. She keeps my cultural foods and lifestyle in mind and always reminds me that nutrition should be sustainable - something I’ve struggled with after trying every hyped diet. Focusing on gut health has been life-changing; after 15 years of IBS-D, I can finally tolerate foods like dairy again. Her guidance and resources make me feel knowledgeable, empowered, and truly hopeful about lasting change.

  • Megan is understanding, knowledgeable and very helpful. She does not judge, but rather helps you uncover reasons for any bad habits and walks you step by step through all the resources she shares to help you understand how to live a more nutritious life.

About Megan

Hi, I’m Megan, a registered dietitian with a background in clinical nutrition counseling who focuses on providing patient centered care. What I have learned by working with patients is there is truly no universal approach when it comes to making diet/ lifestyle changes. I aim to help my patients figure out what works for them individually. We can work together to develop nutrient dense, sustainable habits and create a healthy lifestyle to reach your goals!

Approach to care

My aim is to empower patients with evidence-based knowledge and tools to manage and treat their chronic conditions with diet and lifestyle modifications. My hope is that patients will better understand their body, what motivates them and how to set goals for short and long-term success. I partner with patients to create meals that excite them about food and teach them about mindful eating, enabling them to have control over their food vs the other way around. I have helped countless patients understand and improve their chronic conditions, lab values, diet and weight and look forward to helping you do the same.

Your first session with Megan

Our first session will be a time for me to learn about you! You will get to do most of the talking as we discuss your medical and diet history, activity, sleep, stress, nutrition goals, etc. and identify your main areas of concern. This will be a time for you to share anything I may need to know regarding your diet and lifestyle. This info will be helpful in identifying priorities, creating goals, and coming up with a nutrition plan to help you reach your desired outcomes.
