About Megan

Hi, I’m Meg! I’m a Registered Dietitian who specializes in eating disorders and disordered eating, as well as general health promotion. I use an all-foods-fit approach that respects individual preferences and supports sustainable habits. I’m passionate about helping clients build a more peaceful relationship with food, grounded in flexibility, curiosity, and self-compassion. I primarily work with individuals navigating the challenges of recovery, chronic dieting, or an all-or-nothing mindset around food. Whether you’re working toward recovery or hoping to better understand your eating habits, I’m here to support and guide you every step of the way.

Approach to care

I approach each patient with a Health at Every Size® (HAES) framework, emphasizing body acceptance, self-care, and intuitive eating. My goal is to guide you toward nourishment that aligns with your unique body and lifestyle, focusing on listening to your body’s natural cues and fostering a balanced, sustainable approach to eating - all from a weight-neutral perspective!

Your first session with Megan

In our first session, you can expect a non-judgmental and welcoming space where you can tell me about your goals and what you're hoping to achieve from our work together. Understanding your personal motivations is key to helping me provide the most tailored and supportive care. We'll also dive into a detailed history of your relationship with food, including your current eating patterns, past experiences, and any challenges you have faced. I'll also gather information about your exercise habits, weight history, and medical background to create a more complete picture. The session will be all about you - your needs, your story, and how we can work together to achieve your goals. The information shared will guide our future sessions, ensuring that my approach is personalized and aligned with your goals.
