About Megan

My approach is to take a whole-body approach to health. I will try to help your body come to the most functional state, that everything in the body is connected-we are all unique-and all things do matter! I will approach our time together in a structured yet informal way, connecting with you as a unique individual. My goal is to listen well and learn from you, as you know yourself best.

Approach to care

I combine evidence-based nutrition and science while taking a holistic and individualized approach to help reduce the symptoms of chronic disease and maximize their well-being. I believe in enhancing your overall wellness of the mind, body, and spirit through food. I have many years of experience working in corporate wellness/teaching, whether it’s diving into functional nutrition, digestion, sleep, sugar cravings, weight management, and lots of other topics. I am here to teach you and keep you accountable. Together we will strategize a way to optimize your health in a way that is centered around YOU.

Your first session with Megan

My goal is to establish a relationship and start understanding the reasons you are seeking a Registered Dietitian. I like to look at Social determinants of health (SDOH)-the conditions in which you were born, where you have grown up, and the environment you live and work in. Questions may include your dietary habits, sleep, digestion, medical history, and lifestyle. I may request information about your current medications, supplements, and labs.
