About Megan
I'm a registered dietitian with six years of experience supporting clients in weight loss, women's health, stress, heart disease, diabetes, and more. I'm passionate about empowering others and strive to make nutrition approachable, personalized, and achievable for everyone. I've worked as a health coach and for rehabilitation hospitals
Approach to care
My approach centers on meeting you where you are, recognizing your unique needs, challenges and goals. I believe in the power of small, meaningful changes, and I will work collaboratively with you to develop practical, effective strategies that support long-term well being.
Your first session with Megan
I will use our first session to get to know you better! Your eating, sleeping, and exercise habits, as well as what you hope to gain from our time together. I'll also ask about your past medical history and we'll set 1-3 meaningful goals for you to focus on before our next time together.
