Megan has over 14 years of clinical and counseling experience. She specializes in various areas, including gut health/ gastrointestinal disorders, food allergies, pre-diabetes/diabetes, disordered eating, women's health and auto immune diseases. She is dedicated to helping individuals cultivate a positive relationship with food, empowering them with the tools they need to achieve their health goals.

Her approach to care focuses on meeting you where you're at in your journey towards better health, and providing an individualized plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.
