About Megan
After earning a BS in Dietetics from Texas Tech University and completing my education at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, I have spent 21 years working as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I am also a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, as well as an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer.
Approach to care
I love to help people restore their health and feel strong, capable and energetic! To accomplish this we have to nourish our body and fuel it well. A nutrition plan is balanced, practical and personalizedānot a āone-size-fits-allā fad diet. My goal is to use my professional expertise to help you take clear, actionable steps forward to see real results, but never feel overwhelmed. Letās dive in!
Your first session with Megan
During our first visit I want to get to know you, your health needs, and your personal goals. We'll talk through your current routines and lifestyle. Then I'll help create an initial meal plan and practical steps to move you toward your goal. The ultimate goal is to build a comprehensive and sustainable wellness plan, which includes all areas of health and fits your unique needs!
