About Megan

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Licensed Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition. My journey as a dietitian began in non-profit work, supporting pregnant and breastfeeding mothers in underserved communities. I witnessed firsthand how significantly nutrition can impact my clients' lives and went on to gain extensive clinical experience in critical care and outpatient specialty clinics, working with neonatal, pediatric, and adult populations. These experiences have equipped me to help clients navigate complex dietary needs, provide quality nutrition education, and support behavior-based changes—and everything in between! I am grateful my practice allows me the time to build meaningful relationships with clients, offering dedicated support that truly reflects their individual needs and goals. Outside of work I love exploring the outdoors, testing new recipes, and relaxing with a good book!

Approach to care

Science guides the recommendations I share, and empathy shapes how we put them into practice. I use evidence-based strategies, delivered in a warm, nonjudgmental way, so we can develop realistic habits that last. We'll focus on clear, actionable steps and accountability, while honoring a weight-neutral, health at every size perspective. I aim to teach you the why behind the guidance so you feel empowered to make choices that fit your life.

Your first session with Megan

We'll spend the first visit getting a full picture of your health, reviewing medical history and any lab work or biometrics you have, and taking a deep dive into your relationship with food. I prioritize a judgment-free, low-pressure conversation where you don't need to have it all figured out. Together we'll identify one to two short-term goals that feel realistic, and I'll leave you with clear next steps so we can build toward sustainable change.
