About Megan
Hello! I am Megan and I live in a small town with my husband and children. I finished my education to become a dietitian while I was pregnant and raising children. This experience taught me that life can be difficult, but we can accomplish great things when we put effort into achieving our goals! I am passionate about nutrition and believe our physical well-being is important even when life is busy.
Approach to care
I aim to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their relationship with food, address barriers to healthy eating, and work towards sustainable, long-term changes. My role as a dietitian is not to impose rigid rules but to guide and educate, helping clients to make informed choices that fit into their lives.
Your first session with Megan
In our first session, I would really like to get to know you and what you are hoping to accomplish! We will talk about your unique challenges in regards to health and discuss your health goals. We will create a realistic plan together to guide you on your nutritional health journey. Be prepared for questions!
