Your first session with Megan
In your first session, Megan wants to get to know you! She will ask you about why you came to Nourish, what your health goals are, and where you need support. Megan will also complete a nutrition assessment that reviews your health history, your lifestyle/current habits, etc. She'll take time to answer any of your questions then develop your personalized plan.
