About Megan
Hi, I'm Megan. I am a registered dietitian with a 10-year old successful private nutrition practice and have worked with thousands of clients to improve their lives. I look at my clients as a whole person-- we talk about everything from stress to sleep to family life to really determine the best steps forward to attaining your goals. My goal is to get you feeling more confident and if you're succeeding, so am I. I've written a book about my methods, The Optimized Life, and am the co-host of the Nutrition Awareness podcast. I'm a mom to a spunky 3 year old boy and a lazy 5 year old Bernedoodle.
Approach to care
I won't prescribe you a popular diet or write you a cookie cutter meal plan to follow. We will talk through your past and current experience with food, movement, and health. We will focus on how to fuel your body in the best way possible-- not restricting or counting calories.
Your first session with Megan
I will ask a ton of questions to get to know you and your goals, answer any questions you have to get you started and set up a plan of attack to get you moving towards your ultimate goals.
