About Megan
Hi I'm Megan and as a Registered Dietitian with over 8 years experience, I’m passionate about helping individuals achieve their health and nutrition goals through practical, personalized guidance. My areas of specialty include diabetes management, weight concerns, pre- and post-bariatric surgery support, cancer treatment and survivorship, food allergies, chronic kidney disease, digestive complications, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and women’s health—including pregnancy and gestational diabetes. Whether you're managing a specific condition or simply looking for a trustworthy nutrition advice, I'm here to support you!
Approach to care
I believe each of my clients should feel empowered to be the expert of their own body. Every individual has unique goals, and I tailor each treatment to reflect that in a judgement free zone. There’s no "one-size-fits-all"—every treatment is as personalized as the person receiving it.
Your first session with Megan
In our first meeting together we’ll start with a comprehensive assessment so I can get to know you, your needs, and your goals. From there, we’ll focus on education, begin building your personalized treatment plan, and setting realistic, achievable goals. If additional support is needed, we’ll schedule a follow-up to continue your progress together.
