About Megan
Hi there, my name is Meg! I completed an undergraduate degree in Public Health followed by a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Integrative Physiology from The University of Utah in Salt Lake City. For the past few years, I have spent my career working in a treatment center where I support individuals in their eating disorder recovery, from inpatient to outpatient levels of care. I offer a compassionate, weight-neutral approach to nutrition therapy that values your unique experiences and goals.
Approach to care
I am passionate about helping others heal their relationship with food with a research-based approach, setting aside fad diets and trends, and focusing on creating peace with food in a way that is sustainable and focuses on the whole person. I value the principles of intuitive eating and weight neutrality in my approach to nutrition care and provide a judgement-free space to explore your goals around food and body.
Your first session with Megan
In our first session, my goal is to get to know you and understand your goals and needs and how I can support you. We will review your health and nutrition history, goals, barriers and other relevant needs so we can make a plan that make the most sense for you. I look forward to working together!
