About Megan
My name is Megan and I am a dietitian with years of experience working in several different setting. I have worked in performance nutrition at college athletic programs, in primary care settings, and in eating disorder treatment centers. I strive to help my patients find a way to make nutrition work for their goals and their lifestyle while creating healthy relationships with food!
Approach to care
I work with my clients to find what is doable for their lifestyle. I like to work together to set goals so that they are internally motivated to reach them. I take a food-neutral approach and work to make all foods fit into a balanced diet while still getting the desired outcome for my client!
Your first session with Megan
The first session will involve me gathering information on your goals, previous experiences with nutrition, and your lifestyle. I like to set a small first goal in the first session to help us work off of at the next. I also like to leave ample time for clients to ask me questions so that they feel comfortable with the care they are receiving.
