Hi, I’m Megan! I’m a Registered Dietitian and trained chef with a passion for helping people rediscover their love for food. My journey began in culinary school, where I fell in love with the rich variety of flavors that connect us to culture, comfort, and community. Now, as a dietitian with over three years of experience, I specialize in creating personalized, practical nutrition plans that honor your unique lifestyle and traditions. Whether you're working toward weight management, navigating a medical condition, planning meals, or simply looking to eat more intentionally, I’m here to help you meet your wellness goals—without giving up the foods you enjoy. From military readiness to women’s health, diabetes care to geriatric nutrition, I bring a compassionate, flavor-forward approach to every client I work with.

Your first session with Megan

Your first session with me is all about you. I’ll take the time to get to know your unique lifestyle, personal goals, and the factors that shape your everyday health. We’ll explore your current eating habits, medical history, daily routines, favorite foods and flavors, and any challenges you’re facing. From there, we’ll work together to create a personalized, realistic plan to help you overcome obstacles and move confidently toward your nutrition and wellness goals.
