About Megan
Hi! I'm really glad you're here! I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with 8 years of experience. I specialize in emotional eating, intuitive eating, and supporting clients in healing their relationship with food. I love working with people who are ready to step away from diet culture and move toward a more balanced, compassionate approach to eating and wellness. My goal is to help you feel more connected to your body and confident in your choicesâwithout guilt, shame, or restriction.
Approach to care
You are the expert on your body, and you are so much more than a number on the scale. My approach is weight-inclusive and whole-person focused, designed to support your overall well-being rather than rely on rigid meal plans or calorie and macro tracking. Together, we'll work on incorporating health-promoting habits like balanced nutrition, physical activity that feels good, and meaningful self-care. My role is to offer guidance, education, and support as we explore your relationship with food, body image, and eating patterns. Instead of strict rules, I'll help you build sustainable habits and a way of eating that fits your lifeâone that aligns with your goals while honoring your individual needs, preferences, and values.
Your first session with Megan
During our first appointment, I'll take time to get to know youâyour health history, eating habits, daily routines, and what matters most to you. It's a relaxed, judgment-free space to talk openly about your goals and challenges. Appointments are typically 55 minutes and are held weekly to provide consistent support, guidance, and accountability. From our first session onward, we'll begin creating a plan that feels realistic and supportive. My hope is that you leave each session feeling seen, encouraged, and empoweredânot overwhelmed. This is a journey of progress, not perfection. I'm truly looking forward to working with you!
