About Megan
Hi! I'm really glad you're here. Iâm a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with 8 years of experience. I specialize in emotional eating, intuitive eating, and helping clients heal their relationship with food. I love working with people who are ready to step away from diet culture and move toward a more balanced, compassionate approach to eating and wellness. My goal is to help you feel more connected to your body and confident in your choicesâwithout guilt, shame, or restriction.
Approach to care
My approach to care is rooted in collaboration, curiosity, and compassion. You are the expert on your body, and Iâm here to meet you where you are. My nutrition philosophy is weight-inclusive and focused on your whole well-beingânot just numbers or rigid food rules. Together, weâll create a personalized roadmap that fits your life and your goals, supporting you in building sustainable habits around eating, movement, and self-care. With specialized training in behavior change counseling, I can guide you not only in what to change, but also in how to make those changes feel realistic and long-lasting. Whether youâre working toward improving your nutrition habits, supporting a health condition, or simply feeling better day to day, Iâll be here with evidence-based supportâat your pace and on your terms.
Your first session with Megan
Our work begins with getting to know youâyour health history, eating patterns, past experiences with food and nutrition, daily routines, and what matters most to you. This is a relaxed, judgment-free space to talk openly about your goals and challenges. From there, weâll start mapping out a supportive plan tailored to your values and needs. Youâll leave the session with one or two small, manageable steps to focus on before we meet again. Appointments are typically 55 minutes and held weekly to provide consistent support, guidance, and accountability. My hope is that you leave each session feeling seen, encouraged, and empoweredânot overwhelmed. This is a journey of progress, not perfection, and Iâm truly looking forward to walking alongside you.
