About Megan
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I have experience working with a wide range of clients with an emphasis on women’s health, GI disorders, hormone balance, weight management, and metabolic disease prevention. I began my career working as a clinical dietitian with a focus in oncology and hepatobiliary surgery. I transitioned to a corporate role, where I developed educational nutrition programs and began working one-on-one with employees. I fell in love with nutrition counseling, and transitioned to private practice specializing in weight loss and women’s health. I am a graduate of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center’s Coordinated MA in Dietetics Program. Additionally, I hold two bachelor's degrees in public relations and dance performance from the University of Oklahoma.
Approach to care
The patient experience is my top priority. I want my clients to feel heard, seen, and understood. I make it a priority to welcome my clients without judgement and meet them where they are at. I lead with education, and I firmly believe that understanding the WHY is more important than me telling you what to do. I want to completely transform the way you see food and improve your relationship with food and your body in the process. I emphasize the importance of eating MORE, balancing hormones to avoid feeling hungry and tired all day, and getting to the root cause of the problem. Nutrition is so much more than weight loss, it is the foundation of how we feel and how we approach our day to day lives.
