About Megan
Hi! I'm Megan. I've been a dietitian for the last 12 years and I love helping people and families achieve their nutrition goals. I've worked with the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program for the last 17 years and have lots of experience working with pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as young children (ages 0-5). I enjoy helping with meal planning, low cost meals options, and accommodating family needs. I personally have to eat a gluten free diet due to food allergies and can easily help if this also applies to you! My husband and I have a beautiful blended family from adoption and foster care, and I love how food brings us all together.
Approach to care
I want to meet you where you are and help you make progress towards your nutrition goals. I'll listen and offer suggestions, meal ideas, and research based information to help you. You will feel safe, heard, and valued during our sessions to lead the way towards your own success!
Your first session with Megan
In our first session, I want to know about you and how I can best help you. We'll explore your needs and goals and find ways we can incorporate your goals into your lifestyle. We will review your overall health history, diet history, and a bit of what your daily life looks like so I can help you make your goals as easy as possible to accomplish.
