A passionate health professional with a PhD in Kinesiology, a Registered Dietitian, and a Certified Exercise Physiologist. With over 10 years of experience in diet counseling, I specialize in helping individuals transform their relationship with food, guiding them to view food as nourishment rather than a source of stress. As a Certified Pediatric Dietitian, I’ve had the privilege of not only advising others but also applying my knowledge and expertise in my personal life with my twin daughters. This hands-on experience has deepened my understanding of how to foster healthy eating habits from a young age. I’m also a huge advocate of healthy living myself. I love developing new, wholesome recipes, enjoying a balanced exercise routine, and sharing the skills needed to make sustainable health changes. As a Registered Dietitian, my approach is rooted in a holistic and compassionate philosophy, recognizing that every individual has unique nutritional needs, challenges, and goals. I believe in meeting clients where they are, providing the guidance and tools necessary for sustainable, positive changes, while respecting their preferences, values, and lifestyle. During our first session, together, we will explore your relationship with food, address any barriers or struggles, and build a foundation for long-term success by setting small attainable health goal to ensure we are able to get to our long term goals/health outcomes in a more sustainable manner.
