Meghan focuses on translating what is often confusing scientific nutrition information into practical, useful tips. Understanding the importance of intuitive eating, feeling body positive, and finding satisfaction from eating delicious foods can and should be goals of healthy eating. Meghan works with her clients to educate and guide them through the process. She is recognized for her ability to connect with her clients, making them feel comfortable and empowers them to reach their individual health goals.
Your first session with Meghan
In the first session, Meghan will begin by fully understanding your personal nutrition and health goals. She will then ask a number of questions in order to obtain any pertinent medical history. Next, she will inquire about your lifestyle, covering topics such as your typical food intake, sleep patterns, exercise habits, social and work schedules. She believes all of these topics greatly impact your nutrition. Finally, the session will wrap up with goal setting. Meghan will act as a guide while you work together to create achievable goals to help you move forward in your health journey.
