Approach to care
I’m passionate about supporting individuals to meet their health goals and leveraging daily foods choices to meet your goals. Changing your eating habits doesn’t happen overnight, but making small changes overtime can have a big impact. I’m here to support you through compassionate, practical, and evidenced-based counseling.
Your first session with Meghan
I'll want to understand your medical history, eating and cooking habits, use of supplements, personal goals, priorities, and beliefs about nutrition. We'll work together to determine how to best meet your needs in your individual way. Potential goals include weight management, side effect management, chronic disease risk reduction, and how to avoid carcinogens in your food.
