Meghan is a certified specialist in oncology nutrition (CSO) with 15 years of experience caring for individuals in a high‑volume cancer center, where she has supported people through some of the most challenging and meaningful moments of their lives. Her work has given her extensive, hands‑on experience with pancreatic, gastrointestinal, head and neck, neuroendocrine, gynecological, and breast cancers, and she brings a warm, steady presence to every interaction. In addition to her clinical expertise, Meghan has an extensive background in teaching cooking classes, guiding patients and families in using everyday foods to support healing and confidence in the kitchen. She is deeply committed to cancer risk reduction, weight management, and long‑term survivorship, helping individuals build sustainable habits that honor both their health goals and their lived experience.

From there, we’ll begin shaping a plan that feels compassionate, realistic, and tailored to your needs. And throughout our time together, your comfort is essential.
