About Meghan
Hi, I’m Meghan! I’m a Registered Dietitian that earned both my education and initial experience at The Pennsylvania State University. Upon graduation with my Masters degree, I bring RD experience across high school, collegiate, and professional sports nutrition. I’ve supported athletes in football, basketball, track and field, cross country, volleyball, softball, and baseball, and know the philosophy of sports nutrition strongly enough to incorporate the evidence-based information into any fitness-related or athletic setting. Outside of work you’ll find me reading, exercising, journaling, listening to music, watching movies, or planning my next trip. I’m here to listen, learn your story, and help you build a nourishing and stabilizing relationship with food!

My care philosophy blends evidence-based practice with a realistic, flexible approach to your health and well-being. I stay current with science to guide our plan, and I approach with curiosity in a judgement free zone. We’ll work together to build sustainable habits that fit your life, using clear, actionable steps and regular touchpoints. I practice with a weight-neutral, holistic approach that honors mental and physical health beyond a number on the scale. My aim is education and empowerment, so long term changes feel doable and true to who you are!
Your first session with Meghan
Our first appointment is all about you. We’ll have a relaxed, collaborative conversation where we review your medical history, discuss your goals, and explore your daily routines beyond nutrition. No need to arrive with everything figured out because I want to hear your story, celebrate wins, and identify 1 or 2 realistic steps to start. Together we’ll set short-term goals and map practical supports so you feel confident moving forward in a judgment-free, supportive space.
