About Meghan
Hi! I’m Meghan, a registered dietitian passionate about helping people achieve their health goals through balanced, sustainable nutrition. I believe food should nourish both the body and the mind, and my mission is to help you find an approach to eating that works for you. Whether you're looking to improve your overall health, manage a specific condition, or build lasting healthy habits, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way. Together, we’ll create a plan that you can confidently maintain for the long term. I’m excited to be part of your journey!
Approach to care
I believe in a patient-centered approach where we work together to set clear, realistic goals. Since health isn’t a one-size-fits-all journey, I focus on helping you create lasting habits that align with your unique lifestyle. Using evidence-based practices, my goal is for you to leave our session feeling motivated, knowledgeable, and confident about the steps you need to take to be successful!
Your first session with Meghan
In our first session, I’ll take the time to understand your lifestyle and review any medical history or lab results you're comfortable sharing. Together, we'll explore your goals, discussing what has worked well for you in the past and what hasn't. From there, we’ll work together to create practical, achievable steps to help you move closer to those goals.
