About Meghan
Hi, I’m Meghan, a Registered Dietitian who believes nutrition should be realistic, supportive, and empowering—not overwhelming! I’ve worked in a variety of nutrition specilties, helping patients fuel their bodies, manage symptoms, and feel strong throughout treatment and beyond. That experience shaped the way I practice today: with compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s story. Outside of work, you’ll find me traveling, exploring the outdoors, experimenting with protein-forward recipes, or hanging out with my cat, Simon.
Approach to care
I help clients improve metabolic health, gut health, body composition, and everyday habits using simple, sustainable strategies. My philosophy: you don’t have to earn your food, and you don’t have to do everything perfectly to make meaningful change.
Your first session with Meghan
Your first session is a chance for me to get to know you! Together we will explore your health history, eating patterns, symptoms, and daily routines to understand the whole picture. We will set personalized goals that support what matters most to you and meets your individual preferences! My goal is for you to leave the session with realistic, simple nutrition guidance, meal ideas, and lifestyle tools you can start right away. Sessions are collaborative and supportive, with a focus on progress, confidence, and sustainability.
