About Melia
My name is Melia — like “Amelia,” just without the “A.” You can call me Millie for easiness! I’ve been a dietitian for 3 years but nutrition has always been my most favorite subject my entire life. I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting adults through geriatric clients with a variety of health concerns. I have experience with overall general health. I'm here to help you make healthier choices that support a better mindset and a more positive relationship with yourself.

My approach is grounded, realistic, and focused on you. I want to understand your story and your “why” so we can get to the root of your concerns, not just manage symptoms, but address what’s really going on. When you work with me, we’ll focus on long-term health, not quick fixes. I’m here to be both your nutrition guide and your accountability partner. Together, we’ll create practical, sustainable strategies that fit into your busy life and move you closer to your goals, one step at a time.
Your first session with Melia
In our first session, my priority is to get to know you. We'll begin by building a foundation through open conversation, trust, and collaboration. I’ll ask about your day-to-day routines, interests, motivators, and health goals. We will go over onboarding documents and any questions. My goal is to understand your unique story so I can take a personalized, holistic approach to our future sessions, one that fits your lifestyle and aligns with what matters most to you.
