About Melissa
Hi! My name is Melissa Buscetta. I have been working as a registered dietitian counseling individuals for over ten years. My work is grounded in teaching you how to honor and care for your unique nutritional needs. I obtained my very first degree in psychology before I decided to study nutrition science to become a dietitian. I believe this combination of education and my experience working with individuals has propelled my ability to help my clients make lasting and sustainable changes within their lives.
Approach to care
We make hundreds of choices about food every day, and for some, these decisions can be very behavior based or emotionally driven. With a background in mental health counseling, my job is to help you connect the dots to break through any limiting beliefs on your journey so that you're never back to square one again. Together, we drown out the noise and keep you focused on your unique plan, so you can feel confident around food and in your body once and for all.
Your first session with Melissa
My goal as your dietitian is to create a safe space for us to connect. I want to learn more about you so that we can reach your goals in a way that feels right for you.
