About Melissa
Hi, I'm Melissa! I'm a Registered, Licensed, and Certified Dietitian Nutritionist based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics at the University of New Mexico followed by my Master’s and Dietetic Internship in Nutrition at Marywood University. I've worked alongside and learned from talented dietitians across sectors including hospitals, short term rehab facilities and private practices.

Your first session with Melissa
Our first meeting will consist of: A Comprehensive Health Assessment: I'll ask you questions about your health history, any immediate health concerns/symptoms, what you like to eat, how you move your body, and your stress + sleep patterns to get to know you better. A Personalized Nutrition Plan: Including recipe suggestions, products, meal planning and preparation, etc. Nutrition Education: For chronic disease management Food Behavior Support: I'll help you learn to notice trends in your hunger and fullness levels, how they change throughout the day, and how this can affect food choices. Goal Setting: Strategizing and support planning for behavioral modification.
