About Melissa
I have been a registered dietitian for the past 18 years and have worked with a variety of clients over the years. Most recently I have been helping moms live a healthy, joyful life through improved nutrition and self-care -- all while staying at home with my two children and running our family-owned lavender farm.
Approach to care
I help my clients have a healthy relationship with food with a non-diet approach. I will be there to support you through the ups and downs of your health journey to feeling better through improved nutrition, self-care, movement, and stress management.
Your first session with Melissa
During the first session, I'll ask you many questions so that I can get to know you and learn how I can best serve you.
