About Melissa

My name is Melissa Nyweide, RD, LDN. I have been practicing Dietetics for the past 30 years. I specialize in weight loss and lifestyle management. I personally have had challenges with my weight, Prediabetes, Gestational Diabetes, and lipids, but with my diet modifications, weight loss and management, along with lifestyle modifications, I have been able to control all areas of my health. "So, when I say I'm doing it right along with you-- I truly am."

I lead by example, and I teach thru lots of examples, experiences, and specialize in helping you the client achieve the goals you set for yourself. I will personalize and customize our approach to your needs and goals. I will give you the knowledge along with support to achieve all your goals. We work as a team and make adjustments as we go along this journey to better health and improved lifestyle.

Your first session with Melissa

Our first appointment will consist of me ask several questions to get to know you and your circumstances that brought you to our session. We will then work together to figure out what matters "Most " to you, "Your Why" and then we will map out, together, how we plan to achieve the goals. I have aided several clients in losing over 100#. I work to achieve the healthiest, most natural approach based on the Client's needs.
