I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach with years of experience across clinical care, corporate wellness, population health, and high-touch coaching. I specialize in helping people break free from stress-eating and disordered eating patterns that drive frustrating weight fluctuations and inconsistent energy. I’ve coached hundreds of individuals and teams—from high-achieving professionals to people navigating major life stressors—guiding them to rebuild trust with food, stabilize their weight, and create routines that feel sustainable in real life, not rigid on paper.
