Hi, I'm Melody! I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. I’m passionate about helping people take control of their health through the power of food and lifestyle. My work focuses on preventing and reversing chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and high cholesterol through a whole foods, plant-focused approach. I believe that nutrition is not about restriction—it’s about nourishment, balance, and building habits that last. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me experimenting with new healthy recipes, spending time with family and friends, and staying active.

My approach is evidence-based, compassionate, and personalized. I work with each client to create a realistic plan that fits their goals, preferences, culture, and lifestyle. Together, we focus on incorporating more whole, unprocessed foods while building sustainable habits around movement, mindfulness, and self-care. I believe in meeting clients where they are and empowering them with the tools and knowledge to make lasting changes—not quick fixes. My goal is to help you feel confident, energized, and in control of your health.

Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll discuss your health goals, medical history, eating habits, and lifestyle so I can understand the full picture of your wellness journey. From there, we’ll set realistic and achievable goals together, and I’ll provide personalized guidance to get you started. You can expect a supportive, judgment-free space where your questions are always welcome and your progress—big or small—is celebrated.
