About Mia

Hi, I’m Mia! I’m a registered dietitian who works with busy women dealing with frustrations like gut issues, blood sugar concerns, low energy, and weight changes. I don’t believe nutrition is one-size-fits-all. What works well for one person can feel completely wrong for another, and that’s something I take seriously in my practice. Rather than following a set plan, we focus on understanding your body, your habits, and what actually supports you day to day. My approach is realistic and evidence-based, with an emphasis on long-term changes that fit into real life. I aim to give you practical tools, clear guidance, and enough understanding that you can make confident choices without questioning yourself!

Approach to care

My approach to care is structured but flexible, data-informed but human. Together, we'll look at the full picture of nutrition, digestion, blood sugar balance, stress, lifestyle, and habits, and connect the dots in a way that feels clear instead of overwhelming. My sessions are collaborative, direct, and supportive. We'll work together to better understand the "why" behind my recommendations, help you problem-solve what’s not working, and adjust things as your life changes.

Your first session with Mia

Your first session is about getting to know you! We’ll talk through your history with food, dieting, energy, gut health, stress, blood sugar, and anything else that feels important to your health right now. From there, we’ll start building a realistic roadmap that fits your life. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear starting point and a general plan that feels supportive instead of restrictive. You should leave feeling informed, understood, and confident about what comes next.
