Patient reviews
“Mia is awesome. From the first appointment she was able to figure out where I was at (even if I wasnt sure) and point me in the right direction. Some months later and though Ive progressed to a point beyond what I could imagine, shes still teaching me new things and guiding me (successfully!) on my journey. Fantastic support and genuine kindness - thank you!“

“Mia has been so supportive and adaptable with the varying needs of my goals. She goes above and beyond to ensure that I meet my goals and reassures me when I have a setback. She has helped me the most in understanding what a balanced meal looks like which can include sweet treats as well! Lastly, she’s personable, welcoming, and funny! I feel very comfortable receiving care and guidance from her. Thanks Mia!“
