βI have had a great experience with my registered dietician, Miaga Witry. I have had IBS symptoms for many years and was told to follow a low FODMAP diet. I found it very confusing, but Miaga expertly guided me through the process. She was encouraging and helped me feel like I could successfully navigate it. With her help, I am now symptom-free. I am beginning to reintroduce all foods back into my diet. I feel so good about working with her that next I want her to help me manage my blood sugar. β
