About Micaela

I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for helping people feel strong, confident, and empowered in their health and well-being. My focus is on guiding individuals toward sustainable and balanced nutrition habits that align with their unique lifestyles. I became a dietitian to help people build a healthy relationship with food and to provide judgement-free guidance as they work toward their personal goals. I truly love getting to know my clients on a deeper level and being a consistent and encouraging presence in their lives. Outside of work, you'll often find me staying active at the gym or in group fitness classes, spending time with friends and family, enjoying the outdoors, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen!

Approach to care

My counseling style is client-centered, weight-inclusive, and rooted in the belief that all foods can fit. I believe in working together to create sustainable changes that feel good, not restrictive. My approach combines intuitive and mindful eating with evidence-based nutrition strategies to support both physical and mental well-being. It's important for me to really understand your "WHY" and your past experiences so that we can create a plan that's realistic and personalized. I'm here to support your growth and encourage a balanced relationship with food and your body.

In our first session, I want to get to know YOU- your goals, lifestyle, food preferences, and more. We'll explore what's worked for you in the past, what hasn't, and the things that are most important to you moving forward. This first session is all about learning who you are and how I can best support you and help you accomplish your goals. I want you to leave our session feeling heard, motivated, and with the confidence that together we can make real, lasting progress.
