About Michelle
Nutrition has been my compass for the past 20 years, shaped by a B.S. in Dietetics and work in community health and private practice. As an RD and LD I blend evidence-based guidance with practical problem solving and a warm, patient-centered touch. Outside the clinic I recharge in sunshine and nature, stay grounded with the Bible, and love time with my family. Know you can share it all, my ears are always open and I’m committed to helping you thrive.

I take a weight-neutral, behavior-focused lens and address the whole person, including stress, sleep, and emotions. You’ll get clear, action-oriented steps and the education you need to make informed choices, with empathy, accountability, and realistic pacing.

Expect a warm, judgment-free conversation where we'll review your medical history, clarify short-term goals, and really get to know YOU. I want to hear what you value, what you love, and how food, stressors, and emotion show up in your day. The best thing you can do is the right thing, next best is the wrong thing, and the worst thing you can do is nothing. Let’s make some headway starting TODAY and let this first session be our anchor.
