About Michelle

Hi, I'm Michelle! I know what it's like to let food and your body consume you and rule your life. After years of disordered eating and working to rebuild my relationship with food and my body, I have found peace. My goal as a dietitian is to help all people reconnect with their body's internal cues that years of diet culture have turned off. I believe that all people are worthy of feeling a sense of balance and freedom around food. I work with each individual person to overcome their personal challenges and work towards the healthiest and happiest version of themselves. I believe food is meant to be enjoyed and not feared. I work to help people find the marriage of an all foods fit mentality while also prioritizing good nutrition to reach their goals, without any form of obsession.
