About Michelle
Hi, I'm Michelle. With 11 years as a Registered Dietitian and an MS in Exercise Science & Nutrition, Iβve practiced in clinical hospital settings and private practice, helping people navigate health challenges and everyday wellness. I'm pursuing an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certification to expand my toolkit, because I believe in blending holistic and evidence-based care. When I'm not at work, you'll find me reading, hiking, cooking, or capturing moments with my camera and putting thoughts to paper.
Approach to care
My care philosophy is to build a partnership grounded in science and warmth. I rely on current research to guide recommendations, but I meet you where you are and listen with curiosity. We'll work together with clear, actionable steps that respect your life and preferences. I practice a holistic, weight-neutral approach that prioritizes sustainable habits over dieting, and I'll help you see how sleep, stress, and daily choices fit into your health.
Your first session with Michelle
Our first appointment is a warm, low-pressure conversation about you. We'll review your medical history, establish short-term goals, and go over any lab work or biometrics to set a clear starting point. You don't need to have everything figured out yet; this is a judgment-free space where you're heard and supported. Together we'll choose 1 or 2 achievable steps to begin, tailored to your life and rhythm.
