About Michelle

Nutrition advice can feel confusing and overwhelming, but creating healthier habits doesn’t have to be. I have been a Registered Dietitian for 14 years and have spent my career helping people navigate nutrition in a way that feels realistic, supportive, and sustainable. I specialize in weight management and enjoy working with individuals who want to improve their health through sustainable and personalized nutrition approaches.

Approach to care

My philosophy to care is open, honest, and judgment-free. I believe everyone’s health journey is different, and the most successful plans start with understanding where you are right now. From there, we work together to create a personalized plan that helps you move toward where you want to go—at a pace that feels achievable and sustainable for your life. I focus on practical, evidence-based strategies and meet them with compassion and respect. Whether you’re just getting started or have tried many approaches before, I’m here to support you without judgment and help you find what truly works for you. My goal is not just to help you reach a number on a scale, but to help you build habits, confidence, and a healthier relationship with food that supports your long-term wellness.

Your first session with Michelle

During our initial meeting, I will take time to get to know you, your health history, and your personal nutrition goals. We will review your current eating habits, lifestyle factors such as physical activity, sleep, and stress, and any medical conditions or medications that may influence your nutrition needs. Together, we will discuss what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past and identify realistic areas where nutrition changes could support your overall health. By the end of the session, we will outline a few personalized goals and create a plan that fits your lifestyle and supports steady, sustainable progress.
