About Michelle

Hi, I’m Michelle, a Registered Dietitian and Board Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) with nine years of experience. I specialize in evidence-based weight loss, body recomp, and GLP-1 support. I help clients protect muscle mass, optimize protein intake, manage appetite changes and side effects, and build structured systems that drive sustainable fat loss. I earned my BS in Nutrition Science from Cal Poly Pomona and have worked across ICU care, private practice, and sports nutrition. My critical care background gives me a deep understanding of metabolism and complex medical nutrition therapy—but my focus is applying that science in a practical way that fits real life. I understand how balancing work, training, and health can be challenging. I work best with clients who want clarity, structure, and accountability—not vague advice or quick fixes. My approach is collaborative and centered on long-term results.

Approach to care

My care is grounded in current evidence and real-world execution. We focus on clear strategy, measurable progress, and practical steps you can consistently follow. For weight loss and GLP-1 clients, this means: • Structured protein and muscle-preserving nutrition • Side-effect mitigation and appetite calibration • Body composition–focused goals rather than scale obsession • Adjustments based on data, not emotion We’ll define specific targets, create a structured plan, and refine it based on outcomes. I value accountability, but the standard is consistency—not perfection. I take a comprehensive view of health, including sleep, stress, resistance training, recovery, labs, and daily habits—not just calories on paper. Education is central. You’ll understand the “why” behind every recommendation so you can make informed decisions independently. This is a collaborative process built on clarity, critical thinking, and sustainable results.

Your first session with Michelle

Our first appointment is focused and personalized. We’ll review your medical history, labs, medications (including GLP-1s if applicable), body composition trends, and daily routines. We’ll identify: • What has worked and what hasn’t • Where friction points exist • The highest-leverage changes to make first You don’t need to have everything figured out. I’ll help you establish realistic short-term targets that fit your life. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear plan, defined next steps, and objective markers we’ll track moving forward.
