Hi, Iâm Michelle, a Registered Dietitian and Board Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) with nine years of experience. I specialize in evidence-based weight loss, body recomp, and GLP-1 support. I help clients protect muscle mass, optimize protein intake, manage appetite changes and side effects, and build structured systems that drive sustainable fat loss. I earned my BS in Nutrition Science from Cal Poly Pomona and have worked across ICU care, private practice, and sports nutrition. My critical care background gives me a deep understanding of metabolism and complex medical nutrition therapyâbut my focus is applying that science in a practical way that fits real life.
