About Michelle
I am a passionate and dedicated Registered Dietitian with a diverse background in nutrition counseling, sports nutrition, and medical nutrition therapy. With a Master of Science in Nutrition & Health Promotion and extensive clinical, community, and private practice experience, I specialize in helping individuals achieve their health goals through personalized, evidence-based nutrition strategies. Whether it's creating individualized meal plans, offering intuitive eating strategies, or providing nutrition education, I am committed to fostering a supportive environment that encourages long-term, sustainable health changes.
Approach to care
My approach to nutrition care is grounded in a client-centered philosophy and evidence-based practices. I believe that true health goes beyond just what we eat—it encompasses how we feel about food, how we nourish our bodies, and how we approach our overall well-being. My goal is to help each client build a positive, sustainable relationship with food that supports both their physical and emotional health. I believe that food should be an enjoyable part of life, and my goal is to equip clients with the tools, confidence, and knowledge to make empowered decisions that enhance both their health and their relationship with food.
Your first session with Michelle
The first session with me is all about building a strong foundation for your health journey. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you feel comfortable and heard. We will start by discussing your health history, current eating habits, lifestyle, and any specific challenges or concerns you may have. We’ll discuss your goals and create a personalized plan, but it's important to note that working together is a commitment. Achieving lasting results takes time, consistency, and collaboration. I’m here to support you every step of the way, and together, we’ll build a path to long-term success.
