Hi! My name is Michelle. I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 20 years of experience helping people improve their health through personalized nutrition. I’ve worked in renal outpatient care and rehab settings, supporting patients, families, and care teams with practical, compassionate guidance. I specialize in chronic disease management—including Chronic Kidney Disease, Diabetes, Liver Disease, cardiac conditions, geriatric nutrition needs, and cancer-related nutrition concerns—as well as general health and fitness goals. I’m passionate about helping people feel their best and making a meaningful difference in their day-to-day lives.

My approach to care is all about keeping things simple, supportive, and realistic. I take the time to really listen, understand what your life looks like, and figure out what will actually work for you. No strict rules or overwhelming plans—just practical guidance, steady support, and small changes that add up. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, confident, and in control of your health.

Your first session with Michelle

During your first session, we’ll take things at a comfortable pace and get to know each other. I’ll ask about your health history, daily routines, eating habits, and goals so I can understand what matters most to you. We’ll talk through any challenges you’re facing and what you hope to change or improve. From there, we’ll start creating a simple, realistic plan that fits your lifestyle—not a strict diet or anything overwhelming. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling supported, encouraged, and clear on your next steps.
