About Michelle
Hi, I'm Michelle. I bring 16 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian and an MS in Nutrition & Human Performance and a BS in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Saint Joseph with credentials as a CDN and RDN. I have an additional BS in Exercise Physiology from UMASS Lowell. My journey spans clinical and hospital care, corporate wellness, and community health, where I learned that lasting change grows from understanding people as whole individuals. Outside of work I love strength training, family time, and good rest. I’m passionate about supporting each unique person on their healthy journey.
Approach to care
From day one I blend evidence-based science with empathetic, collaborative care. I stay current with research and translate it into practical steps you can live with every day. I meet you where you are, celebrate small wins, and avoid judgment or quick fixes. My approach is weight-neutral and HAES-informed, focusing on sustainable habits and your mental and physical well being. We’ll educate and empower you to make informed decisions that fit your life, and we’ll tailor strategies to your values and goals.
Your first session with Michelle
Your first visit is a welcoming conversation about you. We’ll review lab work and biometrics, discuss your medical history, and establish short-term goals that feel doable. We’ll take a deeper look at your relationship with food and what patterns might be standing in your way, all in a nonjudgmental space. You don’t need to have everything figured out yet; we’ll map out a simple plan and take the next steps together.
