About Michelle
Michelle is a registered dietitian nutritionist who combines her love and knowledge of food and nutrition to support clients with their goals. Her passion is disordered eating and she loves working with clients to heal their health and navigate improving their relationship with food and body.
Approach to care
Michelle practices a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach while incorporating intuitive eating principles. She helps clients work toward body neutrality while nourishing their body for function. She is passionate about helping clients fuel their body and find peace with food.
Your first session with Michelle
Michelle enjoys getting to know patients and discovering what works best for them. She focuses on the whole person and asks a lot of questions. She values evidence based strategies while being open to new ideas and proven strategies. She believes that the patient should guide the session and that there should be laughter as often as possible.
