Your first session with Michelle

Your first visit is all about connection and understanding. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other and start building a supportive, judgment-free partnership focused on your health and well-being. We’ll talk through your medical history, current health concerns, lifestyle & eating habits. I’ll also ask about stress, sleep, activity, and anything else that may impact your health. Most importantly, we’ll discuss your personal goals—big or small. This session is about understanding your story and working together to create a path forward that feels realistic and respectful. You can expect: a warm, welcoming space; a weight-neutral, non-diet approach; collaborative goal setting; and a space to ask questions or share concerns. There’s no pressure to change everything at once. Our goal is to start with a strong foundation, so future sessions can be tailored specifically to your needs, preferences, and values.
