About Michelle
I have worked as a registered and licensed Dietitian for 16 years. I love working with people in all phases of their wellness to help them utilize food and nutrition in a positive way, helping them to feel their best! As a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics I also specialize in sports nutrition working with athletes of all levels from recreational to high school, college and professional. I strive to help all my clients build a individualized, ideal and realistic plan that helps achieve their personal goals. I am also passionate about nutrition and women's health and how to fuel best for different phases of life. Outside of work I love to run, be outdoors, read, cook, experiment with new recipes and spend time with my family including my 3 busy kids as a part time chauffeur.
Approach to care
I work to develop meaningful, long-term relationships with my patients to help them navigate complex dietary needs and create sustainable health habits. My counseling style is rooted in empathy, education, and empowerment with a focus on helping individuals make practical and long-lasting change
Your first session with Michelle
The first session is a very comprehensive visit where we will most importantly discuss your goals as well as review your current habits and get an understanding or your day to day. My goal is always to send clients away with information they can start implementing right away.
